Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to harwalimited.co.uk, operated by Harwa Limited. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Use of the CANsignal Suite software itself is covered by the licence supplied with that edition.

Website use

You may browse the site, read the guides, and request a trial or a paid edition for your own engineering work. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break access controls, or copy the site in order to present it as your own product.

Product descriptions

Pages for Trial, Light, and Professional describe the current Classical CAN release. CAN FD is planned for a later version and is not included. The edition comparison and the PDF guides are the reference for what each edition contains. A screenshot shows the screen it is labelled with. Live Graphs is not Dashboard Builder.

Trial

Trial lasts 28 days and needs an internet connection while you use it. It is for one computer. It includes 7 signal generators and 7 visual instruments. Text boxes are not counted. Trial does not include Move, Python, CAN AI, Dashboard Builder, EDS validation and comparison, compliance tools, or device commissioning.

Light and Professional

Light is a one-time $800 licence. Professional is a one-time $1,400 licence. Each commercial licence is for one computer. Activation is online once. Normal use can continue offline after that. Move can transfer a commercial licence according to the licence rules. Professional adds Python, CAN AI, Dashboard Builder, EDS validation, comparison and quality, compliance, and device commissioning. CAN AI Online needs internet only while that feature is used.

Software licence

Installing or activating the software means you accept the licence agreement provided with that edition. These website terms do not replace that agreement. One commercial licence is intended for one computer.

Orders and payment

Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. The price shown at checkout is the price for that edition, in US dollars. Questions about an order can be sent from the Contact page.

Downloads

Setup packages are provided to the person who requested the trial or bought the licence. Do not redistribute the installer. The PDF guides on this site may be downloaded for use with the edition you are evaluating or have licensed.

Intellectual property

CANsignal Suite names, logos, screenshots, guides, and other site content belong to Harwa Limited or its licensors. You may not copy branding or present the software as a different product without permission.

The website

We aim to keep the site available and the descriptions accurate. Access can be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features of a future version, including CAN FD, are described as planned work and are not part of the current purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the editions change. The date at the bottom of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
